SCHOLARSHIP CAMPAIGN IN THE WINTER SEMESTER

ACADEMIC YEAR 2024/2025

Students can apply for financial aid in the form of:

  • social scholarship,
  • scholarship for people with disabilities,
  • rector's scholarship,
  • benefits..

The scholarship campaign is carried out:

from October 2 this year until October 16, 2024 during the working hours of the Study Service Office in room 0.6

with the exception of applications for the rector's scholarship.

The student submits the application for the rector's scholarship in the system

USOSWeb, from October 16 to 22, 2024,

and in the summer semester from March 8 to 14, 2025.

From October 1, 2024, the amount of income per person in a student's family entitling to receive a social and welfare scholarship

in the increased amount, amounts to PLN 1,570.50

 

ATTENTION !

§22 section 7 - From October 7 to October 13, 2024, and in the summer semester from February 27 to March 5, 2025, the student is obliged to check and verify the grade point average in the USOSWeb system.

If the grade point average is missing or incorrectly calculated, the student submits an application in the USOSWeb system for verification and conversion or adding the weighted average in the ranking to the rector's scholarship;

 

 

You can apply for a social scholarship, a scholarship for people with disabilities and an allowance later, during the academic year, but in such a case financial support may be granted from the following month, counting from the date of submitting the application.

Application submission procedure:

  • full-time: applications for social scholarships,
  • electronic (via USOS): applications for the rector's scholarship from OCTOBER 16 to 22, 2024,
  • electronic (via USOS): scholarship for people with disabilities and allowance.

  2. Certificate from the Social Welfare Center

A student whose monthly income per person in the family does not exceed the income criterion entitling to apply for social assistance benefits (currently - PLN 600 net, from January 1, 2025 - PLN 823 net), attaches a certificate to the application for a social scholarship. from a social assistance center (or social services center) about the use of social assistance benefits by him or his family members in the year of submitting this application (the application for a certificate may be submitted by the student electronically via the ePUAP platform). Failure to attach such a certificate will result in a refusal to grant a social scholarship. If the student or his family members do not benefit from social assistance benefits, the rector, the faculty scholarship committee or the scholarship appeal committee may award the student a social scholarship if he has documented his family's sources of income.

The amount of average income from work of individual farms per 1 hectare of conversion income, Income per hectare.

 

According to the announcement, the average income from work on individual farms per 1 hectare for 2023 amounted to PLN 5,451.00, which amounts to PLN 454.25 per month.

Income criterion Financial independence - The amount of monthly income from October 1, 2024 is PLN 1,396.00
